4TH WATER BILL AFTER MEETER

Will you save money with a water meter?
Simple answer… Yes you will.
By taking the cost of the 3rd & 4th Water Bill multiplying it by 3 to represent the semi-annual or 6 month bill you would receive from non-metered account.
Below are a couple mathematical examples on how you save.
EXAMPLE #1:
3rd Bill Example (2 months of water) vs. Last 6 Month Bill
$76.26 x 3 =$228.78
Previous Water Bill: $445.63 – $228.78 =$216.85
Annualized Savings: $433.70
EXAMPLE #2:
4th Bill Example (2 months of water) vs. Last 6 Month Bill
$91.50 x 3 =$274.50
Previous Water Bill: $445.63 – $274.50 = $171.13
Annualized Savings: $342.26
Additional Comments:
If you are a senior I believe that would make you tax exempt from the sewer portion of the water/sewer bill, therefore increasing your savings significantly.

Clogged Toilet? When To Seek Emergency Plumbing Repair
If you have a toilet, chances are you are going to have a clog. If you understand Murphy’s Law, you know it is more likely to occur when you least expect it. It is also more prone to act up during holidays and on weekend. Late at night is the favorite time for many an emergency plumbing repair.

What Are The Major Reason For Sewer Cleaning?
If you have a sewer line, it is important to understand you have responsibilities to keep it in working order. While the municipality or county you live in is in control of the main line, you are in charge of the sewer line or lateral that connects to the city sewer line. The only exceptions are if the break occurs under public property where it joins up with the main line or through actions occurring on public property. Generally, any problems that occur on your property are your responsibility – and they can be an expensive one at that. You can, however, act proactively by arranging for a sewer cleaning service to inspect and clean your system on a regular basis. This should help reduce the potential problems that can arise.

Plumbers And Pipes
We often see only what is on the surface. Our homes consist of shiny appliances, flooring, pictures on painted walls and high or low ceilings. When it comes to our plumbing, we notice the sinks, the bathtubs, the faucets and even the drains. Yet, plumbers see beyond all these superficialities. For them, a major concern is always going to be the pipes.
Choosing the Best Plumbing Service
Anyone can hire a plumber, but who knows what is to come after the fact. Are they going to do good work? Are you going to be scammed out of money? Is more damage than good going to be done? So many things can go horribly wrong when you hire the wrong professional to do work within your home, but here are some tips on how to choose the best plumbing service.
Good Plumbers Are Hard to Come By
One would think that finding a good plumber and or electrician would not be as difficult as it is, but finding plumbers that can be trusted is a task that requires people to put them through a ‘screening process.’ The main reason why finding plumbers that can be entrusted and provide quality work is because, unfortunately, more often than not, they try to state that they are more qualified to conduct the work than they really are. Think about it, if a homeowner knew how to do the repairs themselves, they would do them instead of seeking out a professional.
